What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is not just advising someone to eat healthily. It uses a mixture of diet, and supplements to nurture the body into healing. A diet is devised that is achievable' for that individual given their lifestyle, location, food preferences, etc. The client and I will then work together to restore and maintain maximum vitality. Nutritional therapy employs simple adaptations to diet and lifestyle to allow the client to reach their goals. All plans are agreed with the client and tailored to their individual situation. Nutritional therapy is a holistic complementary therapy, based on the latest scientific research and clinical findings.
The 3 main areas to look at are:
- Weight loss.
- Female health (menopause, candidia,etc.)
- Anti-Ageing and detox.
Good nutrition is hugely important to everybody, however it is not a simple "one diet suits all" situation. We vary in our metabolic type, our food preferences, hereditary influences, mobility, lifestyle, income and environment to name but a few factors that influence are health. A nutritional therapist takes these aspects into consideration whilst conferring with a client.
Our diet can have dramatic repercussions on our health and well being. Once we acknowledge that each person has their own individual body
Nutritional Therapy can achieve exceptional results with clients attaining health and energy levels they have not experienced for years.
